At The Clothesline Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home laundry solutions. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the clothesline and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
